NBJ Completes Purchase
Acquisition Compliments Existing Credit Division - 15th Dec 09
NBJ United Kingdom has completed the purchase of a book of Credit Insurance business from STACC Limited. This acquisition compliments our existing Credit division and takes brokerage income to around the £500,000 level. Two members of staff, Gary and Ann, now join our credit department and we welcome them warmly. NBJ United Kingdom has looked to grow steadily by strategic acquisition most recently by purchasing THB’s household division in 2008. The Group has also benefited from its membership of Brokerbility which helps deliver better returns from insurers and also provides a marketplace for us to advertise our wholesale facilities. Brokerbility is an amalgamation of twenty seven independent insurance brokers such as ourselves with a combined premium income in excess of £400 million.
