NBJ retains a full claims department within its Bromley offices who handle all claims from start to finish for all of our clients.
The highly professional team is led by Claims Director, Kevin Hansford, who has in excess of twenty years of dedicated claims handling experience for the Group.
At a time when most of the national insurance brokers are looking to outsource their claims handling to offshore territories NBJ is determined to keep all client services and affairs in house.
